Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items with obsidian are not eligible for return: Frida bags and De la Cruz bags. The following items are also final sale: Leonora Bags, Mancora backpacks, Weekender bags, and Duffle bags.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (the email confirmation you received from us is enough).
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cacto.green. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of the return/exchange initiation. Note that you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that are lost in transit. We suggest that you use a trusted service that provides a tracking number, and encourage you to add insurance and a signature requirement to the delivery.
If you encounter any issues with the products you received but do not wish to make a return, please contact us. We will be glad to assist you in finding the best possible solution.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (All Zero Waste items are final sale) or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We don't provide refunds on shipping fees.
