Shipping options and costs

Orders take 1 to 5 business days to process, and delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number.

You can choose your preferred delivery option from a menu during the purchase process. Your delivery cost and time will depend on your location and the delivery service chosen. We ship to more than 190 countries worldwide. 

For example:

• Shipments in North America (US, Canada, and Mexico) should be delivered within 7 days after the item was processed. Standard shipping in the USA is Free, delivery in Mexico costs 200.00 MXN, and about 18 USD in Canada. 
• Delivery fulfillment in other regions depend on the service selected by the customer. Shipments to Singapore can take between 3 and 21 days depending on the service selected, same time frames are expected for Paris, Istanbul, or Nairobi. Shipping worldwide costs go from 15 USD to 90 USD. 

If you are an international customer you do not have to pay taxes in the United States; it is possible however, that your home country charges you an import duty upon receipt of the package. These fees are charged upon delivery by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.

Pre-ordered products and/or personalized products which are not yet ready to be shipped at the time of submitting your order shall be delivered at the relevant estimated delivery date.

Tracking your order  

A Tracking Number will be assigned to each package as soon as it is shipped. You will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.
